When we ship out an EverClean to our customers, the actual unit (that has the motor) is in a separate box from the EverClean drum. We do this to prevent the drum and unit from having any vibration during shipping that may damage the motor shaft, as we have no control of how the shipping courier handles packages.
Minor things such as setting up the drum will guarantee the safety of the whole EverClean once it arrives in your studio. To help you assemble your EverClean unit, Sherman Rowland made a video with a detailed demonstration of how to do this.
